How long is the evaluation process?

Generally we can evaluate the condition of a hard drive and determine the data that can be recovered in 1 to 2 days. If, however, parts are required to rebuild the drive to complete the evaluation it may require an additional 2 days.

We will complete the evaluation as quickly as possible and then we can email you a list of the potentially recoverable files.
